Montoro (Córdoba), 1955. Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Seville in 1979, receiving the Extraordinary Award as the Top Student of His Graduating Class. Professor of Drawing at secondary education level (1983).

A painter, sculptor, and printmaker, he has created several large-scale sculptures installed in public spaces, including Vigía in Montoro (Córdoba); Árbol in Parque Centro, Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville; Monumento al Aceite at Centrifugación Alemana, Polígono de los Olivares, Jaén; and Quijote in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville.

He has received more than forty awards and distinctions in national and international painting, sculpture, and printmaking competitions.
